This role is central to delivering our projects: trenching for HV/LV cabling, substation foundations, POC joint holes, ducting, feeder pillar bases and reinstatement works, delivered to DNO/IDNO specifications.
You’ll work closely with our electrical and ICP teams to deliver projects safely, on time and to the highest standards.
The role involves UK-wide work, so you must be based within 45 minutes of Doncaster and comfortable working away from home. Accommodation is provided when working away.

You’re experienced in groundworks for utilities or ICP projects.
You know HV/LV cable trenching, substation bases, ducting and joint bays.
You’re skilled in reinstatement and working to DNO/IDNO specifications.
You’re familiar with EV charging or utility infrastructure projects.
You’re physically fit, safety-conscious and capable of manual work.
You’re flexible and willing to work nationwide, away from home (accommodation provided).
You’re ambitious and keen to progress within a fast-growing business delivering major EV projects.
